(PLEASE READ:Hello Everyone! I'm so sorry for not updating this sooner...This is really Old actually, except for the last few lines....I got out of the flow, which makes me feel terrible...Encourage me a lot if you want me to continue!)
I woke up to the soft muffled breathes of Ludwig as I lay against the warmth of his chest. So it all did happen? For Real? I smiled genuinely…It felt nice. It had been a long time since I smiled like this. I was enjoying staring at the strapping German in my bed when a knock made me jump. I arched a brow and slowly got out of bed to make sure I didn't wake Ludwig. I slipped on a robe over my shoulders to cover my pajamas and reached for the door knob.
"Guten Morgen…." Came Ludwig's soft tone. I turned around and bit my lip.
"I'm so sorry…Did I wake you?" I whispered, my lip involuntarily pouting as my eyes traveled over him again and I blushed.
He noticed this and gave me a small grin. "No, I've only been have asleep for a while."
The visitor knocked again, harder this time. I couldn't believe I'd already forgotten just because Ludwig distracted me….I mentally slapped myself.
"Someone at the door?" He tilted his head.
"Yeah, I'm going to check…Be right back.." I mumbled fumbling out the door and closing it behind me, right before the person knocked furiously again.
I prayed desperately that it wasn't Gilbert coming to look for his brother or something. That would be a complete disaster. I sighed, undoing all of the locks with soft clicks.
My eyes widened at the person standing outside my apartment. She wrapped her arms around as she choked small sobs into my neck. I stood dumbfounded.
"M-MOM?!"I gasped.
"OH SWEETHEART! I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" She pulled away, wiping her running black make up from her eyes, smearing it worse…
"M-Mom! W-What are you d-doing here?!" I swallowed hard, my eyes flicking to my bedroom door and praying Ludwig wouldn't come out….What would Mom think?!? I inwardly died.
Mom finally stopped crying and hugged me again. "Oh Hunny…I've been a wreck without you around! So after a week of sulking….Your father told me to just come see you! So here I am!" She laughed pushing past me to look around my apartment. I bit my lip.
"You didn't call or anything!" I pointed out, my eyes still flicking to the bedroom door.
"Oh, I was going to! But I thought it would be better to surprise you!" She chuckled opening my cabinets and peering inside.
"Have you even unpacked yet? I bet not! And its already been an entire week!" She huffed, putting her hands on her hips.
I wasn't exactly home these past few days….I thought to myself. "M-Mom-"
"And ____, If you're going to lose weight don't starve yourself! I don't see any food in here!"
My cheeks flushed with aggravation. "MOM!" I bellowed, my fists bound tightly at my sides.
Her mouth popped open and she stared at me. "No need to shout ,Dear.." She mumbled, looking away.
I sighed. There was no way I could take her controlling my life again…I loved her…but there was only so much I could take.
"Mom could you stop judging everything and just sit down or something?" I rubbed my temples, looking down.
Mom licked her lips nodding and taking a seat in the sofa in front of the coffee table. She awkwardly fiddled with her hands. I sat down on the opposite couch.
"I'm sorry for yelling, Okay? It's just-….really early…and I'm tired…and this is all just something I…I didn't expect…Anyway…Are you staying in a hotel or something?"
She smiled at me. "I'm sorry,____…I didn't mean to push myself on you so much… But yes, I'm staying at the Hilton Berlin." Mom said nonchalantly getting up and putting a hand on my shoulder.
"Oh, well…How long were you planning on staying here in Germany exactly?" I laughed nervously.
"Hmm…Probably a week or so." She said tapping a finger to her chin.
"Well…Why don't you go back to the hotel…and I'll call you this afternoon…I mean it's still is rather early and I'm still pretty tired.." I said no longer able to keep eye contact.
"____! You haven't gone out partying have you?!"
Heat flooded into my cheeks, staining them tomato red.
"What?! Of course I haven't!" That was only partially lying…right? This was going to be a long week...

You couldn’t feel your body. As your eyes darted frantically around the space you were in, you realized that you couldn’t see anything.
“Hello?” you called out, desperately.
Looking down, you suddenly noticed a gun in your hand, with a single bullet. You tried to drop it, only for it to remain tightly gripped in your hand.
“Do it.”
You looked up to see the unforgiving dark hazel eyes of the dead. He stood there, quietly, a silent rage shaking his body.

“It’s too late, we’ll have to defend ourselves from both sides,” Ludwig said quietly. “Activate it.”
“Understood,” you said, lighting the fuse. Dropping it from the tower, you immediately headed down the tower. As you descended the stairs, a sudden white, blinding light shot through the stone windows of the tower, disorientating you for a split second. You steadied yourself, slowly regaining your vision. The shouts from below warned you that the fight for the base had begun.

“Attention all passengers. We will be arriving in Munich in about twenty minutes. Please remain fastened as we begin to descend. Today’s weather in Munich is sixty-five degrees; it is indeed a lovely day.”
You shifted in your seat and turned to the window, sliding up the cover and nearly blinding yourself with the flood of light that streamed in. The city below you was a vast sea of red and beige buildings. You smiled and leaned back into your seat.
After a year of correspondence, you had finally settled
